The clubhouse is available for rent by any owner in good standing with the HOA. The rental includes access to folding tables and chairs and a small kitchenette. There is no stovetop or oven in the kitchenette. A $100 rental fee helps offset the costs of regular clubhouse cleaning. The renter must return all tables/chairs to storage, return furnishings as you found them, and leave all facility areas in broom-swept condition.
The clubhouse rental does not include the pool. Residents and their guests may access the pool if your rental is during pool season.
SUBMIT THIS FORM to make your reservation request. Someone will email you a confirmation within a few days of your submission. The rental fee must be paid before the rental. You may make your payment in the online payment portal or give it to the clubhouse keyholder when they meet you on the day of the reservation.
